MCLEAN, VA-Construction is underway on Downtown One Loudoun inLoudoun County, Virginia. The mixed-use development, coming upinside a 358-acre master-planned community, will featureapproximately 210,000 square feet of restaurant, retail and officespace.
The development will be completed next spring. The larger OneLoudoun project is a joint venture of North America Sekisui HouseLLC and Miller & Smith.
