CHICAGO-Motorola Mobility has leased 572,000 square feet atMerchandise Mart in Chicago. The lease deal was announced late lastweek by Vornado Realty Trust, the property owner. The company willoccupy the top four floors as well as the rooftop at MerchandiseMart.
Motorola Mobility, currently houses its headquarters in northsuburban Libertyville, will complete its move to the new locationby next summer. The company will be the largest tenant at theiconic Mart. It was acquired by Google on May 22, 2012. For thefull story, go to Commercial Property Executive .
