BALTIMORE-A $150-million redevelopment plan for the Morris A.Mechanic Theatre site on the corner of Charles and Baltimorestreets has been unveiled. Shalom Baranes, who is leading thedevelopment for David S. Brown Enterprises Ltd. and Arrow Parking,presented the updated plans to the Urban Design and ArchitectureReview Panel of the city.

The project, comprising a 24-story building off Charles Streetand a 30-story building off Baltimore Street, will include 600apartments, three floors of retail and five levels of undergroundparking. For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal .
