LONDON-The Financial Ombudsman Service has signed a 15-yearlease with MGPA for 165,000 square feet of office space in ExchangeTower. MGPA signed the deal for MGPA Europe Fund III. The FinancialOmbudsman Service will start its lease in the 482,000-square-footoffice building from 2014.
MGPA bought the Docklands office building in 2010 and renovatedthe office space, coffee shop, landscaping and reception area inthe building. Cherryman and CBRE advised MGPA. For the fullstory, go to Europe Real Estate .
