TAMPA, FL-The Jefferson Apartment Group has selected Winter ParkConstruction to build a multifamily property on the east side ofWestshore Boulevard. Humphreys & Partners Architects is thedesigner of the project, called Jefferson Westshore Apartments.
The apartment community will contain 246 units. A statement saidthat construction costs of the project are approximately $21.8million. The three-story garden complex is expected to startleasing by early next year. For the full story, go to Tampa Bay Business Journal .
