Asking rent for the two-level store, which previously housedTanino Crisci, was $1.4 million per year. Robin Abrams with Lanscorepresented the tenant, while Adam Kramer, Gary Dana and Rick Danafrom Prudential Douglas Elliman Dana Commercial Group representedthe landlord in the lease transaction.
