BUFFALO-Proposals for two apartment projects will be presentedbefore the Amherst Planning Board when the board meets in theAmherst Town Hall on August 16. Ignazio Napoli has proposed a9-unit apartment building at the southeast corner of Youngs andMaple roads and Zaepfel Development has proposed an 18-unitapartment building at 1690 Wehrle Drive.
