ALBANY-Capital Region BOCES will merge its data center andadministrative offices into a single floor on Watervliet ShakerRoad in Colonie, New York. The BOCES has leased 69,000 square feetat 900 Watervliet Shaker Road from Chaffee Investment PropertiesLP.
The company will relocate nearly 150 employees from 1031Watervliet Shaker Road to the new location in August 2013. TheBOCES signed the 10-year lease for the entire floor.
