CHICAGO-A venture managed by James Pritzker has secured itsfirst major tenant for the 218,000-square-foot Monroe Buildingsituated across the street from Millennium Park. Chicago-basedHyper Marketing Inc. has signed a lease for nearly 23,000 squarefeet of space in the 16-story building at 104 S. Michigan Ave.
