NASHVILLE-Stonehenge Real Estate Group is preparing for a$33-million apartment building in Berry Hill. The developer ispurchasing the old Beaman Lincoln-Mercury dealership property at2300 Franklin Pike from Horsepower Joint Venture for thefour-story, 266-unit apartment project.
