BROOMFIELD, CO-International real estate company Hines will openEos at Interlocken, a four-story office building in Broomfield,this week. The 186,000-square-foot building, located at 250Interlocken Blvd., is a speculative office development.

Hines officials are seeking LEED Gold certification for thebuilding. St. Louis-based Forum Architects designed the project andthe general contractor was Baltimore-based Whiting-TurnerConstruction's Denver office. J.
