NEW YORK CITY-Salesforce.com is moving from 2 Grand CentralTower to a larger space at 685 Third Ave. The San Francisco-basedfirm has leased 74,349 square feet at 685 Third Ave. fromTIAA-CREF.

The asking rent for the 10-year lease was $60 per square foot.TIAA-CREF bought the office tower two years ago for $190 millionfrom Pfizer. Gus Field of Cushman & Wakefield negotiated thedeal for Salesforce.com with Anthony Dattoma, Molly Concannon,Howard Fiddle and Zachary Freeman of CBRE Group.
