LONDON-Legal & General Property has secured approval fromthe planning committee of Hertsmere Borough Council for GBP10-million reconstruction of the old Elstree Business Centresituated in Borehamwood. The proposed plans call for building a newWickes store in Borehamwood Shopping Park and nine trade counter,industrial and warehouse units.
