PALM BEACH, FL-A unit of Northwestern Mutual has formed a jointventure to construct a rental apartment complex in Palm BeachCounty. Orlando, Florida-based ZOM Florida and Northwestern MutualReal Estate Investments have created Hamptons PBG LP and commencedconstruction on the Hamptons at Palm Beach Gardens, a 224-unitapartment community.
