NEW YORK CITY-The Winklevoss twins are leasing an outpost in theNoMad/Flatiron area for their venture capital company. Cameron andTyler Winklevoss have signed a five-year lease for 5,625 squarefeet at 30 W. 24th St.
The twins will take the entire fourth floor of the building forWinklevoss Capital. Asking rent was $39 per square foot. RossZimbalist and Michael Blum with CBRE negotiated on behalf of theWinklevosses, while James Buslik and Alan Bonett with Adams &Co. represented the building.
