WICHITA, KS-The developers of the WaterWalk project in downtownWichita are planning for an approximately $9-million apartmentproject on the Arkansas River site. They are requesting the WichitaCity Council to revise WaterWalk's development agreement toaccommodate the new project.

The proposed apartment project, which will include 134 apartmentunits in 2 four-story buildings, will replace a public parking loton the south east corner of McLean and Maple. The agreement willrequire the project to be completed in five years. For the fullstory, go to Wichita Business Journal .
