CINCINNATI-Group Health Associates has opened its new medicaloffice building north of Downtown Cincinnati. The $27-million,67,000-square-foot facility is connected to TriHealth Inc.'s GoodSamaritan Hospital at Dixmyth Avenue and Clifton Avenue inClifton.

Both Good Samaritan Hospital and Group Health Associates areunits of TriHealth. The eight-story tower had been underway sinceearly 2011. The medical building is situated over a five-storyparking garage. Group Health Associates financed the project with alow-cost loan from the Uptown Consortium through Uptown Partners'Loan Pool.
