BERLIN- pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank together with four otherbanks has funded the acquisition of certain entities by DeutscheWohnen AG from BauBeCon Group. The entities, purchased by DeutscheWohnen in May 2012, own a portfolio consisting of roughly 23,500residential units. For this acquisition, pbb DeutschePfandbriefbank's share in the total facility was EUR 285 million.The deal was inked on August 2, 2012.
