MIAMI-Oleta Partners and the city of North Miami have finalizeddeals to transform 190 acres of land at 15045 Biscayne Blvd. into adestination that will comprise residences, offices and retail.Oleta Partners, which includes the LeFrak Organization and SwerdlowGroup, paid over $17 million in back taxes, rent and other chargesto the city.
