WORCESTER, MA-Michael V. O'Brien, Worcester City Manager, saidthat a group of investors is planning for a project that willprovide a hotel and nearly 350 apartments in downtown Worcester.The Worcester Telegram & Gazette reported that O'Brien did notreveal the identity of the investors.
