NEW YORK CITY-Mainstream Swimsuits Inc. has leased 10,100 squarefeet of space at 1441 Broadway. The company will occupy nearly halfof the eighth-floor space at the 1.1-million-square-foot buildingsituated between West 41st and West 40th streets.

Asking rent was $45 per square foot. Mainstream will move intothe new location at the end of this year.
