WASHINGTON, DC-MRP Realty has commenced site work on anapartment complex in Northeast DC. The first phase of MRP Realty'sWashington Gateway development in NoMa will include threestructures and approximately 1 million square feet of office,retail and residential space.

Crews have started clearing the area at 100 Florida Ave. NE tomake way for the 400-unit Washington Gateway Apartments.
