NEW YORK CITY-Boston-based Second Time Around has signed a leasefor a Manhattan outpost. The retailer recently leased 2,000 squarefeet at 238 W. 72nd St. from Alexander Hidalgo Real Estate for morethan 10 years.
The asking rent for the deal was $110 per square foot. The newlocation will be opened by the end of this year. Handler RealEstate Organization's Scott Galin and Darrell Handler representedthe tenant, while Alexander Hidalgo Real Estate's Harris Philiprepresented the landlord in-house.
