AUSTIN, TX-Ardent Residential has recently started constructionon an apartment project in North Austin. The AustinAmerican-Statesman reported that the Austin developer is building179 apartments on Burnet Flats at 5453 Burnet Rd. and that thefirst apartments will be ready for occupancy late next year.
