CHICAGO-Michigan Avenue Real Estate Group is planning toconstruct 4 four-story apartment buildings totaling 81 units at thejunction of Aberdeen and Madison streets in the West Loop. TheNorthbrook-based real estate investment firm is in contract topurchase the land for the project from a venture connected withChicago Truck Leasing Co.
