MILWAUKEE-Quest Engineering Inc. is planning to relocate itsoperations to Richfield from West Bend. The cabinet and furnituremaker has signed a five-year lease for 17,700 square feet at 3064Helsan Drive.
The Richfield building, leased by Quest Engineering, is owned byGermantown-based Helsan Development Co. LLC. It is situated in theHelsan Business Park, a six-building, 115,000-square-foot complex.Quest Engineering will move into the Helsan Drive building inNovember.
