DEL RIO, TX-The Paces Foundation, a non-profit housingdevelopment organization, has opened Las Brisas Manor, a new48-unit senior housing community in Del Rio. The foundationobtained over $6.4 million in funding from different sources,including Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas and Community NationalBank, to complete the development.
Las Brisas Manor, which comprises 15 one-bedroom and 33two-bedroom units, is the first senor living facility to gain GreenBuilt Texas standards and it contains Energy Star rated appliances.For the full story, go to San Antonio Business Journal .
