NEW YORK CITY-Kids With Character has decided to extend itslease for one more year at the Childrenswear Building inManhattan's garment district. The company has signed a leaserenewal deal for 9,832 square feet of space at 34 W. 33rd St., a212,000-square-foot building situated between Broadway and FifthAvenue.
The firm will pay $39 per square foot as rent. David Levy fromAdams & Co. negotiated the lease deal on behalf of both thetenant and Arcade Building Associates, the landlord. For thefull story, go to Crain's New York Business .
