WICHITA, KS-Construction has started on a 208-unit apartmentcomplex in northeast Wichita. Chisholm Lake Apartments is locatedon the east side of Oliver Avenue and west side of Chisholm CreekPark's North Lake. It will comprise 92 single-bedroom, 98double-bedroom and 18 triple-bedroom units.
Great Plains Ventures, a partner in the project, owns the land.Other partners include Key Construction, J. Van Sickle & Co.,InSite Group Inc. and Krehbiel Architecture. It will take nearly ayear to complete the $20-million project. For the full story, goto Wichita Business Journal .
