NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TX-Floor and Decor Outlets of America Inc.of Atlanta is planning to open a large retail store in NorthRichland Hills. The company has leased the retail site, which wasearlier occupied by Wal-Mart, from BH Properties.

Floor and Decor Outlets is planning to open the89,282-square-foot store at 6801 NE Loop 820 in early 2013. DanielTaylor and Jeff Kittleson of CBRE represented the tenant, while TheWeitzman Group's Greg McDonald represented the owner in the leasetransaction.
