ALBANY-Sonny Bonacio is converting the second-floor and thethird-floor office spaces in the Keenan building in Troy, New York,into apartments. This is the first project for the company indowntown Troy. The renovations, estimated to cost approximately $2million, will provide 14 apartments in the building situated at thecorner of Third Street and Broadway.
Bonacio purchased the Keenan building in May for $595,000 fromPioneer Bank. The renovations are expected to be completed in sixmonths. For the full story, go to The Business Review .
