BOSTON-Suffolk Construction has been chosen to overseeconstruction of a $125-million project in Boston's InnovationDistrict. The One Channel Center project is being developed by AreaProperty Partners and Commonwealth Ventures. It will include an11-story office building as well as a 950-car garage.

State Street Corp. will occupy the 525,000-square-foot buildingwhen it gets completed in 2014. Suffolk is collaborating with ADDInc. and Spalding Tougias Architects for the office building andthe garage, respectively. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
