DALLAS-Following close to three decades as head of his ownexecutive search firm, Sayres Dudley joined globalexecutive search firm DHR International as itsexecutive vice president. In this position, Dudley is responsiblefor searches in the financial services industry, specifically inthe commercial real estate sector.

During his 35-year career, Dudley developed a multitude ofclients and completed hundreds of national and internationalsearches in commercial real estate, construction, design andengineering, high-tech and BPOs. He entered the recruiting businessin 1978 with the Dial Agency Group in Dallas,eventually receiving the award of Highest Producer for theMetroplex Association of Personnel Consultants in 1981. In1983, he launched Dudley & Associates.

Dudley is a graduate of Ferrum College andserved six years in the United States Air Force.He is a member of the Dallas Real Estate Counciland NAIOP, and was a founding advisor of the YoungProfessionals Group (YPG) of the NAIOP SoCal Chapter. Sayres alsoparticipates in the Urban Land Institute, International Council ofShopping Centers, Realshare and Bisnow events. He is a frequentspeaker and panelist for real estate conferences and is a regularsource for industry news publications.
