DALLAS-Spec's Wine, Spirits & Finer Foods is planning toestablish its North Texas regional distribution center in a31,502-square-foot warehouse facility on Olympic Drive nearNorthwest Highway and Interstate 35 in Dallas. The Houston-basedwine retailer opened its first Dallas shop at 9500 N. CentralExpressway in Dallas last December.
