NEW YORK CITY-The owners of Hell's Chicken have recently signeda lease for first location. The Asian-fried chicken restaurant hasleased 1,000 square feet of space at 641 Tenth Ave. from Giaimo& Giaimo.
A 500-square-foot basement is also included in the lease deal.Asking rent for the 10-year deal was $110 per square foot. OlgaOusmanova, a broker from Square Foot Realty, represented thetenant, while Howard Aaron and Aaron Gavios, also from the firm,represented the landlord in the lease transaction.
