AUSTIN, TX-Harry Whittington, an Austin real estate attorney,and his family members have formed a joint venture partnership withMerrillville, Indiana-based White Lodging Services Corp. andCarmel, Indiana-based REI Real Estate Services LLC to develop a300-room hotel in downtown Austin. They are planning to develop thenew hotel at the northeast edge of San Jacinto and Fifthstreets.
