PHILADELPHIA-Horsham, Pennsylvania-based Toll Brothers Inc. andRadnor, Pennsylvania-based Brandywine Realty Trust are teaming upto develop a $77-million apartment complex in Plymouth Meeting. Theseven-story complex will be built on a 20-acre parcel at 134Plymouth Road.
The project will comprise 398 apartments, a fitness center, a10,000-square-foot clubhouse, a dog park and a pool. Brandywine andToll will each own a 50% stake in the project. The joint venture isexpecting to start construction in Q1 2013. For the full story,go to Philadelphia Business Journal .
