COLUMBUS, OH-Commercial real estate veteranTom McGarity has been promoted to managingprincipal of Cassidy Turley's local office. In hisnew position, McGarity has oversight of 35 brokerage and propertymanagement associates and the day-to-day operations of the localoffice, while focusing on Cassidy Turley's growth initiatives inthe Columbus region.

McGarity was promoted from the position of senior vicepresident, during which he specialized in retail and corporateservice assignments, as well as handling business in the office andindustrial sectors. McGarity, who has been in the industryfor 25 years, has been with Cassidy Turley since 2006. McGarity andhis wife are long-time residents of Central Ohio.
