LEIPZIG, GERMANY-Gazeley has completed a build-to-suit warehousenear Jena in Eastern Germany for a logistics service provider. The322,917-square-foot warehouse, developed for Rigterink Logistics,sits on 12.35 acres of land near the Hermsdorfer Kreuz motorwaycrossing.
The state-of-the-art warehouse will centralize distribution andlogistics services for most recognized food brands. It is situateddirectly off the A4 motorway and near the Hermsdorfer Kreuz.Gazeley, which took five months to construct the facility, has nowhanded over the property to Rigterink Logistics.
