BALTIMORE-Chesapeake Compost Works Benefit LLC is planning toopen an organic waste compost facility in Baltimore, Maryland. Thecompany has signed a lease for 54,000 square feet of space at 4501Curtis Ave. It has leased the space to house a recyclingoperation.

The company is planning to open the green industrial recyclingfacility in October. Steven L. Cornblatt of Trout Daniel &Associates brokered the deal for Chesapeake Compost Works. BTRCurtis LLC's Toby Mink represented the building owner. For thefull story, go to Baltimore Business Journal .
