NEW YORK CITY-Swedish private equity firm EQT Partners hassigned a lease for its first New York City office. The firm hasinked a lease for 10 years with Brookfield Office Properties fornearly 9,100 square feet of space on the 38th floor of the GraceBuilding at 1114 Sixth Ave.

EQT Partners will pay $95 per square foot as rent for the newspace. CBRE Group Inc. represented the tenant, while the landlordhad in-house representation in the lease deal. For the fullstory, go to Crain's New York Business .
