CHICAGO-The John Hancock Center situated in downtown Chicago haslanded a big tenant. DraftFCB will consolidate its two Chicagooffices into the skyscraper at 875 N. Michigan Ave. The advertisingagency signed a 15-year lease for approximately 185,000 square feetof office space at the 100-story tower for a new headquarters.

The new lease deal will push Hancock's occupancy rate to nearly95%. Scott Panzer from Jones Lang LaSalle Inc.'s New York officebrokered the deal on behalf of DraftFCB. For the fullstory, go to Crain's Chicago Business.
