NEW YORK CITY-Swarovski is opening its first boutique indowntown Brooklyn. The sparkling crystal shop has leased 2,500square feet at 490 Fulton St. The asking rent for the ground-floorspace was $300 per square foot.
Other retailers in the five-story facility include Raymour &Flanigan, Seattle's Best Coffee and Express. Planet Fitness willopen there later this month. RKF's Robert Cohen representedSwarovski, while Isaac Chera provided in-house representation for aPerella Weinberg Partners fund and Stanley Chera's CrownAcquisitions.
