AUSTIN, TX-Construction will start soon on the SkyHouse Austinhigh-rise. The 320-unit apartment community will be constructed at51 Rainey St. in downtown Austin. Atlanta-based Novare Group,Batson-Cook Development Co., Andrews Urban and Simpson Housing LLPare the developers of the 23-story residential building.
The developers have obtained construction financing from Bank ofthe Ozarks. Simpson Housing LLP, Batson-Cook Development Co., AUSkyHouse LLC and NGI Investments LLC will provide equity.Construction is expected to be completed in Q4 2013. For thefull story, go to Austin Business Journal .
