FOSTER CITY, CA-The Bay Area News Group reported that adevelopment team has revealed a proposal to construct 400 senorhousing units beside City Hall in Foster City. The proposed plancalls for 196 condominiums, 66 affordable-housing units and 152independent- and assisted-living apartments.
The developers, headed by the New Home Company, will submit theplan at a joint meeting of City Council-Planning Commission. Theproject will also include 25,400 square feet of office space and35,600 square feet of retail space. For the full story, go toSan Francisco Business Times .
