NEW YORK CITY-Handcraft Manufacturing Corp. has more thandoubled its space by signing an 11,250-square-foot lease at 34 W.33rd Street for 10 years. The company will occupy the fourth-floorspace of the Childrenswear Building located between Fifth Avenueand Broadway for an asking rent of $36 per square foot. ArcadeBuilding Associates is the owner of the 12-story building.
