HONOLULU-According to landlord Howard Hughes Corp., Pier 1Imports and Nordstrom Rack will open stores at the second phase ofthe Ward Village Shops complex, which is currently underconstruction. Pier 1 Imports Inc. will take up a 12,688-square-footspace in the new retail center spanning 57,000 square feet.Nordstrom Rack will occupy a two-level space measuring 45,000square feet at the center.
