ST. LOUIS-Lodging Hospitality Management (LHM) will start a$15-million renovation of its St. Louis Airport Marriott this fall.The project will be carried out in two phases. The renovationincludes adding a new lobby, redesigning all 600 suites and guestrooms, concierge lounge, bar and fitness center.
A part of the renovation, the hotel will upgrade 35,000 squarefeet of meeting space. LHM will be the general contractor. Theproject is scheduled to be finished in 2014. For the full story,go to St. Louis Business Journal .
