DENVER-Zocalo Community Development Inc. has startedconstruction on a 13-story apartment complex in the Denver UnionStation area. The 219-unit Cadence is coming up at Chestnut and17th streets. It is the third high-rise residential development inDenver for Zocalo.
The complex will include retail space on the ground level andwill achieve LEED Gold certification. Pre-leasing in the complex isscheduled to start in fall 2013. The project was designed by JGArchitects. For the full story, go to Denver Business Journal .
