MEMPHIS-Red Deluxe Brand Development has inked a lease to occupythe second and third-floor spaces at 85 Union Avenue for its officerelocation from 120 South Front Street. The 10,406-square-footUnion Avenue Space was previously occupied by Sullivan Branding,which recently shifted to Toyota Center at Second Street on UnionAvenue by signing a 17,310-square-foot lease.
